For the contract worker or the self-employed, a health problem can be financially devastating. Created over a decade ago to benefit sidelined Minnesota musicians and others in the music industry, TCMCT quickly became a go-to resource for helping the music community, including musicians, stage crews, and bar staff at venues across town.

The mission of the Trust includes not only assistance to those in need, but also education, workforce training, and the opportunity for Minnesotans to participate in the creation, performance, and appreciation of the arts.
